He uses his unique ability to build relationships with key industry stakeholders to grow and maintain the Windsor brand in the staffing world. John has over 25 years experience in the industry. Having caught the sales bug while interning at a staffing firm years ago, John is keenly aware of the hard work, determination and skill associated with running successful business.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner, John is responsible for the day to day operations, in addition to the strategic direction for the company. John has worked in various roles through his career as Director, General Counsel, and Chief Operating Officer.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Catherine Lenihan is the gatekeeper of Windsor’s finances. A member of the senior leadership team, they are an advisor to the CEO and COO. Catherine has a wealth of experience in transactional accounting practices and financial reporting. Catherine is responsible for ensuring internal compliance controls are implemented and practiced.
Manager of Payroll & Human Resources
Christina began her career with Windsor in 2013 as a temporary employee. She then quickly transitioned to an internal role as support staff. In 2016 Christina was promoted to an administration position within the Payroll and HR departments. Christina recently obtained the position of Manager of Payroll and Human Resources. Christina brings her dedication, years of experience and knowledge to each position within Windsor.
Kristin Morris is an experienced Senior Recruiter with a demonstrated history of success in the staffing industry. Kristin specializes in recruiting Sales Staff, Account Managers, IT and Social Media personnel. Additionally, Kristin has ten plus years of experience as a Human Resources professional.
